2022: Lower Silesia, production, porcelain

An operational management project in a porcelain factory under restructuring, which included:

- co-creation of the restructuring plan,
- operations management of the Company’s business,
- managing a sales team international and national,
- building a sales team acting in the internet shop and in the factory store,
- building a creative team and managing activities in social media,
- project management “starting an internet shop with porcelain” and getting a spectakular turnover already in the first few weeks
